- Free registration
- The fee is due
when there is acceptance of a potential candidate, which
has been introduced by the agency.
- No refunds or replacements
will be made if the fee has not been paid in full at the
requested time.
- Introductions by
the agency of any candidates remain confidential. Passing
on any information to another employer, which would result,
into an engagement, will make the client liable to payment
of the agency’s fee.
- The Agency will
make every sensible effort to verify the honesty and suitability
of the candidate. However, the agency cannot be taken responsible
for any dishonest or unreliable behaviour from the candidate,
or if the Au Pair stays for a shorter time as originally
planned or the non-arrival of the Au Pair. In these particular
cases, the agency will attempt to get a replacement if being
informed by the client.
- A refund will only
occur provided that the fee has been paid at the due date.
- In the event of
the Au Pair leaving her placement before the end of the
agreed term, the agency will make her best effort to find
a suitable replacement, free of charge. Although, the agency
cannot be accountable if it cannot offer a replacement or
if the one proposed is not accepted by the client.
- The agency will
provide a maximum of 2 replacements to cover the time period
agreed on a placement. However, it will be subject to availability
and cannot be guaranteed. When a second replacement has
taken place, the normal fee will apply for a further replacement.
- In the event of
a replacement being on a longer period as the original period
of time agreed, the family will then be invoiced accordingly.
- In the occasion
of a cancellation by the client, half the fee will be refunded,
according to the fact that the client will inform the agency
within 7 working days.
- If a client cancels
a placement after the Au Pair has accepted the offer and
has already purchased her travel tickets, it will result
in no refund being made.
- In the event of
the Au Pair cancelling her placement or failing to arrive,
the agency will make it a main concern to find an appropriate
replacement. If by any chance the agency is unable to find
another suitable candidate, a refund will be made less a
charge of £100 for administration fees.
- In the case of
the client choosing to cancel their agreement with The French
Nanny Agency and do not request a replacement, it will result
in no refund being made.

All fees are inclusive of VAT.
