1- The Bilingual Nanny Agency Terms and Conditions are a binding contract between the client and the agency. By registering with the agency, the client accepts its terms and conditions.

2- The agency will ensure but cannot guarantee the suitability, character or capacity of any candidate introduced to the client. The client will make the final decision to employ a candidate and it is the client’s sole responsibility.

3- The agency fees are a one off payment paid by the client for the introduction of the candidate by the Bilingual Nanny Agency.

4- All fees become due upon the placement of a candidate and are payable within 14 days of the date printed of the invoice.

5- Clients introducing a candidate to a third party will be held responsible and charged with the appropriate fee if it results in employment.

6- We will charge an extra 15% added to the total fees due if they are not settled according to the agency’s terms and conditions.

7- The agency will not accept any liability for any loss, damage, expense or misbehaviour resulting to the client’s employment of any of the agency’s candidates.

8- The agency is not responsible for the client and candidate’s contract of employment.

9- The agency will refund the client if a candidate fails to take up employment after a placement has been agreed with the client. Although, if the client makes the cancellation, £80 covering administration fee will apply to the client for our services provided.

10- The agency offers a replacement procedure or a refund only if payment has been made in full within the agency 14 day time period; and in the event that the agency has not been successful in providing a suitable replacement candidate to the client within a month time. The stated policy only applies if the client has informed the agency about the candidate’s departure or her unsuitability for the position within 4 weeks of starting employment.

11-Introduction Fees for Nannies and Mother's Help:

· Free registration

· 1 day employment - Fee payable: £195

· 2 days employment - Fee payable: £395

· 3 days employment - Fee payable: £550

· 4 days employment - Fee payable: £795

. 5 days employment - Fee payable: £895

· Temporary Nanny / Mother’s help placement:

- £10 per day
- £50 per week

All fees are inclusive of VAT.
